The island of Kauai is admired for its fresh cuisine and esteemed for its breathtaking views. So, when you pair these two elements together, you get an unforgettable dining experience.
Kauai is not only surrounded by the sea, it is also flanked by the sunrise and sunset, giving viewers two pinnacle opportunities to feast their eyes on nature’s daily-occurring spectacles. Whether you choose to rise early and greet the day with a warm beverage in-hand or celebrate the last rays of sunlight at dusk with an adult beverage in-hand, this island is full of options to suite your fancy.
As the sun rises on the east side of Kauai, our vacation rentals from Wailua to Aliomanu are fit for sunrise views. Enjoy your cup of coffee or tea on the beach, in a cafe or on your own lanai (Hawaiian for ‘porch’) for a divine start to your day.
While the sun sets in the west, the spectacle of sunset can be admired from all over the island, as colors are cast across the sky and illuminate even the east side during golden hour. Thus, you can enjoy an oceanfront dinner anywhere and not only soak up the sea views, but saturate yourself in the aura of a sunset also.
